"summary": "Usage figures no longer require Allod SWG. Firewall and SSE logs sent to VRM now contribute the data transfer they report - FortiGate, Palo Alto PAN-OS, Cisco ASA, Check Point, Zscaler, Netskope and any CEF or LEEF source - and the environmental footprint uses it when SWG has no current figure for a system. SWG's measurement wins when it is at most two days old, and the two are never added together, since a firewall normally sees the same traffic. A system's footprint now shows data up and down and where the figures come from, and Settings > Log Sources shows how much data each source has reported. Session-end records (FortiGate close, ASA teardown) add their bytes without counting as an extra hit, and never create a new triage entry on their own. Approved internal systems discovered through SWG now get usage figures too, summed over all of their hosts. Discovery: a DNS triage entry is removed automatically once another system covers its domain, instead of staying in triage, and Actalis CAA records are recognised as the Actalis vendor."
